Born out of frustration with a system that often undervalues independent creatives, Ripple is a direct response to the question: What if we actually paid musicians for their art, consistently, fairly, and without compromise?

The organization doesn't just book gigs; it builds community. Ripple hosts regular showcases, creates career development opportunities, and fosters a supportive ecosystem where emerging songwriters can grow together.
Their recent flagship event, an all-day festival at The Garrick Theatre, was a milestone moment. Held in partnership with Lichfield Arts, it featured live performances, songwriting workshops, and hands-on industry panels, all focused on giving independent musicians the tools (and the platform) to succeed on their own terms.
